Intro

I'm almost 35 years old and I'm still finding out new information about my 88 year old Grandmother.
This bothers me. How can there be anything I don't know about this woman. After 35 years shouldn't I know mostly everything there is to know?
The other thing that bothers me is that any story I HAVE heard is just heard. I'm sure I don't remember everything I've heard or have forgotten some important details of important stories that deserve to be passed down. These stories deserve to be in print.
I knew that my grandmother had an interesting childhood moving around from Mexico to Spain to Honduras where she met my grandfather and moved to Lynn, Mass, moved all over the country while raising 5 children (even these details are fuzzy to me). That's how I would sum it up but as I'm finding out there is much more to it.
This blog will serve as an interview medium for now. I will ask Grandma a question and I will post the answer.
So far I have asked one question, "How did you meet Grandpa". For such a simple question I have gathered a LOT of information that I now have to sort through and the answer to this question has raised about 10 new questions that I never even thought to ask.
